Turn Up The Volume Tuesday 4. LinkedIn With Louise

Every Tuesday I champion a woman led podcast in the hope you will listen to it, enjoy it and together we can help increase the visibility of women podcasters.

This week I'm raving over LinkedIn With Louise

Linked In With Louise

First things first I know Louise from both of us being members of Atomic. Not heard of Atomic - check it out here (please tell them I sent you if you do sign up because I get a Brucey bonus!) But I’ve not told her I’ve been listening to her podcast and she hasn’t put herself forward for this review.

I’m tending to hang out on LinkedIn more at the moment so I’ve been looking for help to make sure I’m doing it well..

It can be a strange place and I am in need of a guide.

LinkedIn With Louise is a great source of information and my favourite new tip is to have two email addresses registered with LinkedIn in case one gets locked out or you leave your job and can't access your work email. I'd never thought about that!

There is solid advice about making sure you are maximising your visibility on LinkedIn without spending your entire life on LinkedIn!

The podcast is a mixture of solo and guests and the podcasts vary in length depending on whether it’s Louise on her own or there’s a guest.

The guests are a mixture of experts and on air coaching calls. I love the coaching calls because they are packed full of takeaways I can and will use. And it’s a great technique to show potential clients your style and what they will get from working with you. It’s a genius method and one I recommend to my clients too.

You can listen to LinkedIn With Louise on her website or search for LinkedIn With Louise where you normally listen to podcasts!

I'd love to know what you think of the podcast and do please keep sending your podcast recommendations to me. I'm loving discovering new podcasts and being able to share them.

And remember I am more than happy for you to send me yours or one you are connected to as long as a) it is majority women led and b) you tell me you have a connection to it.

For clarity I am using the term women to cover anybody who identifies as a woman. I will also include podcasts by people who identify as non-binary in my reviews but I will make it clear they are non-binary and use correct pronouns.

(If I do make a mistake in this please tell me! I want to learn, but please be kind.)
