Every Tuesday I champion a woman led podcast in the hope you will listen to it, enjoy it and together we can help increase the visibility of women podcasters.
This week it's Slimming World Podcast. Because let's be honest right now I am 98% cheese, chocolate and wine. I need some judgement free and positive help with shifting the Christmas lard.
The podcast is hosted by my friend Clare Freeman and Slimming World Consultant Anna Mangan. (FYI - Neither of them have asked me to feature them and they don't know ahead of time I'm featuring them.)
The episodes come out weekly and are normally around half an hour long. Every month there is a listeners questions episode which is a bit longer at around an hour. The episodes are a mixture of chat between Clare and Anna as well as guest interviews.
In February this year the podcast became officially sponsored by Slimming World after originally starting out in Clare's kitchen 2 years ago. I am not a current member of Slimming World but that doesn't matter when listening to the podcast. There are tips about psychology and the feeling of community is fabulous.

For clarity I am using the term women to cover anybody who identifies as a woman. I will also include podcasts by people who identify as non-binary in my reviews but I will make it clear they are non-binary and use correct pronouns.
