Once you have made your purchase online, all sales are final (subject to the provisions of this agreement).

Podcast Planning Toolkit

 

You may not share, reproduce or re-sell the Podcast Planning Toolkit. 

 

All sales of the Podcast Planning Toolkit are final. 

 

However you do have fourteen (14) days in which to cancel the purchase of the toolkit and ask for a refund in accordance with statutory rights (cooling off period), but please note that this is only applicable if you have not downloaded or accessed the product within that 14 day period.

If you are not happy with the Toolkit you must get in touch with us in the first instance. The last thing anybody wants is you not be satisfied.

However as with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, experience, expertise, and level of desire.

There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire and motivation.

Power Hour Terms and Conditions

The Podcast Confidence Power Hour sessions are for a maximum of two people working on the same podcast. You must tell Charlotte Foster Podcasts ahead of the session if there will be more than one person.

We appreciate that childcare can be tricky but to get the most out of these sessions please make sure you are free from distractions - children, pets, partners.

You will only get an hour so it's in your interest to make the most of it.

Please turn up on time. These sessions will not be extended over the 60 minutes allotted so if you arrive late you will miss out.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

The following cancellation charges apply

a) Cancellation 2 weeks or more before your power hour session - full refund

b) Cancellation 1 -2 weeks before your power hour session - 50% refund

c) Cancellation less than a week before your power hour session - no refund.

Power hours can be rescheduled once at no cost to you as long as the change is made with at least 24 hours before the original session.

Any rescheduling within 24 hours of the session time is solely at Charlotte Foster Podcasts discretion. Otherwise you will be fully charged.

No shows are counted as a full cancellation and will not be refunded.

Cancellation or rescheduling by Charlotte Foster Podcasts will always result in either a full refund OR rescheduled appointment at a time mutually agreed.

Podcast Planning Session Terms and Conditions

The Podcast Planning sessions are for a maximum of three people working on the same podcast. You must tell Charlotte Foster Podcasts ahead of the session who will be at the session and what their role on the podcast is.​

We appreciate that childcare can be tricky but to get the most out of these sessions please make sure you are free from distractions - children, pets, partners. 

Please turn up on time. These sessions will not be extended over the 3 hours allotted so if we start late you will miss out.

b) Cancellation 1 -2 weeks before your planning session - 50% refund

c) Cancellation less than a week before your planning - no refund.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

a) Cancellation 2 weeks or more before your first session with Charlotte Foster Podcasts - full refund

b) Cancellation 1 -2 weeks before your first session with Charlotte Foster Podcasts- 50% refund

c) Cancellation less than a week before your first session with Charlotte Foster Podcasts - no refund.

You may reschedule your start date once at no cost to you as long as the change is made with at least 48 hours before the original session.

Once you have started working with the team you are expected to show up to agreed session dates and times. 

Of course we understand life can throw a curveball or two so we encourage you to get in touch with the team at the earliest opportunity to rearrange sessions.

Any rescheduling within 48 hours of your start date is solely at Charlotte Foster Podcasts discretion. Otherwise you will be fully charged.
